Selection Process
The BOI Credit Officer Selection Process
The selection layout consists of two primary stages, though the bank reserves the right to shift to a direct 100% interview-based selection if application volumes are low.
Stage 1: Online Examination
The online paper features a total of 125 questions carrying 125 marks with a total composite duration of 120 minutes (no sectional time limits).
Stage 2: Personal Interview
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interview round in a 1:3 ratio (three candidates per vacancy) based on their exam performance.
Total Marks: 100
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50% for General/EWS and 45% for reserved categories.
Final Merit Weightage
For candidates who clear both rounds, the final score will be calculated using a combined weightage:
